A detailed technical survey following a home assessment focusing on what you need to install a heat pump in your home. The cost of the survey will be refunded if you proceed with an install procured by Your Home Better. Key aspects include:

• Property Details: Assessments of your home’s design, materials, and insulation (e.g., double glazing, wall, and roof insulation), along with its heating and energy requirements.

• Room-by-Room Heat Analysis: Evaluates each room's heat loss, radiator outputs, and whether they meet heating demands, identifying shortfalls where improvements (e.g., larger radiators or higher flow temperatures) are needed.

• Proposed Heat Pump: Suggests a suitable heat pump, its performance characteristics, including sound levels and heating efficiency (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance or SCOP), ensuring compliance with planning regulations.

• Energy Performance Comparison: Analyses the transition from a gas heating system to the heat pump, estimating energy savings and reduced consumption.

• Recommendations: Identifies areas for improving heating capacity and highlights the overall system efficiency, aiding in planning and decision-making for sustainable upgrades.
